Kevin Lynch led local men Robbie McGurk and James Gillen to yet another victory in the PaceNotes NI Championship, the action was fast and the stages where amazing to say the least, event sponser (Brian McGillin) rolled his subaru at the most popular spot for spectators at the rally. Glenn Allen was out in a Mk2 Escort after wrecking his cossie engine on the Lakeland stages a week or so before this event and he was in full style and managed to get into the top 20 overall.

Robbie McGurk took a good win in GrpN with Donnelly and McCance taking 2nd and 3rd in class respectively, it was a real tight battle however in GrpN with Mike Curran just 15secs off Donnelly and 5 secs off 3rd. The jumps where spectacular to say the least as i am sure you can guess from the pictures and mcGillan landed on the uphill of the 2nd jump after clearing the landing zone of jump1 by a long long way, John McGlaughlin lost his splash guard on the jumps too whilst managing to plaster all the cameramen with stones, gravel and pure "bleep" but it was worth it for the banter and pictures. good day out and see you’s all next year.
