Came across this from CES 2016;
Rockford Fosgate have basically came up with an amp that powers itself from just your speaker wires coming from a stock head unit.
Really interested to see where this tech develops as it is such an ideal system for upgrading stock audio, pop out standard speakers and replace with components and these bad boys and you're done, no wiring nor fa else. Pricey at $400 MRRP but seems like the start of something good for the lower end audio market
