Called to change my insurance from fully comp to fully comp with business class 1 and include communing.

Straight through without a queue, the guy was friendly and knew exactly what I needed. Proceeded and changes made.

On the other hand I called Admiral to set my old policy to stop running at the expiry date and I had to wait 10 minutes before getting through to someone that wasn't exactly happy sounding and was rather quite bitchy!
