Coilover refurbishment

Right i just done a wee search on this but only things i could find was ppl sayin the coilover would have to be sent back to the manufacturer...

But what if its the likes of non uk company's set of coilovers, ie Tein, D2, Mugen, Apexi, Ohlins etc etc....

Who would do the likes of them in the uk if anyone??? Theres defo no one man who u can give a shock too regardless of make to sort burst ones or the such??? Or is it just a case of binnin them and startin new???

well there is a tein in the uk now and mugens coming over also, but i've no idea of who to send them too, theres bound to be someone across the water who can fix them, what are they forand what make of car?
