Rear bumper damaged. Who or where can repair?

My friend managed to smash the back bumper on the A4 this morning and was wondering where to get it sorted.. Belfast based ideally but not essential.

Polish should take the blue off, will still need a proper paint job though but it would get you by until properly repaired

Quarter panel definitely looks the more difficult part, I'd imagine it can be saved and pulled back though saving alot of hassle
