Rear fog lamp for MOT

I have a classic mini with sportspack arches on it, I would like to mount some small led lights to the arche just under the bumper on the drivers side. Would these do for a fog light, as the standard one is a bit ugly and out off place in my oppinion.

The car is 1987

there are regs on the height etc mate so Id guess not.

make it removable for MOT? one bolt from memory

Fog light on Mini's and other cars are often mounted low under the bumper there anyway. I dont see why it would be a problem ??

Dont know what the regs say though.

Dont forget that they view the rear via a mirror from the front of the car. So if they seen something light up, they may not look too closely
