hey folks, any body know what the 2nd camera on the sainfield road is for? (opposite the old petrol station) sitting a couple of meters up from the speed camera, painted green (i think) and pointing at an angle across the road instead of up 'n down (like the speed camera)

any ideas???

something to do with those silly slow down signs... i actually sit at 50 up that road until the signs.. then speed up to make them light up
