No matter how lifeless F1 has got in recent years, Spa is a classic circuit, esp in the wet - I'm gonna miss it
You can already see what's happening in WRC - will be between Gronholm and Loeb on big points then a huge gap then several drivers all within a point or two of each other.
Or you really liven it up by placing bets on how many needless pile-ups that maniacal liability Sato will cause, now that someone has been stupid enough to give him another drive!
F1 is pure dung....."Bring back the F1 Turbo cars and Group B" i am with you 100% on that.....Lets get rid of all the bloody nannying restrictions and have some fun again...
We were looking into going to a BTCC round this year and it's between those two - have you been before and if so, which do you think is better in terms of viewing, facilities etc?
SPA is only off the calendar this year to give proper chance for deveopment for the '07 campaign. There have been a lot of problems with funding the race etc as well, but it's assured that it'll return.
More worrying is the impending loss of monza due noise emmision legislation.
GP isquaring up to be a cracking season, pre season testing is looking extrememly colse, with the honda, williams, ferrari, renault all seeming VERY fast. The mclaren seems very fast, but a fragile engine (again) seems to have been the achillies heel at the moment.
new qualifying system should be interesting.....
