Wanted - MP3 and DAB with FM transmitter Which One?

The Mrs has a built in stereo that isnt easily changed but it only has CD and FM radio.

I would like to add MP3 with some sort of usb/sd card and possibly DAB too.

SO, does anyone know of a permanent solution of having a unit mounted in the car to give her these functions.
I like the look of the Pure Highway devices with a screen etc...but they don't play MP3 natively.

Any ideas would be welcome.

Its the wife Honda FR-V, doesnt have an aux jack or usb or anything....any ideas?

@Cartunes I did see the AutoDAB Go product however it doesnt do mp3 playback natively....if it do it would indeed be bob-a-jobbie-jobbed...
