We are a long-established and reputable wholesale Motor Factor business, who currently wish to recruit a:
Counter Salesperson
(Ref: CS/01/15)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual who can work well as part of a team, and who can deliver the highest standards of customer care.
Essential Criteria:
- GCSE Grade ‘C’ or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
- Good literacy & numeracy skills
- At least 3 years’ previous experience in the motor trade (preferably within the Parts Department)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role to include excellent customer service & effective management of key accounts
- Confident communication skills
- Proven sales ability
- Excellent demonstrable skills in IT
- Good product knowledge
- Full clean driving licence
- Flexible approach
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of digital cataloguing systems, preferably MAM Software
- Keen interest in vehicles
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8:45 – 5.30pm, plus Saturday (rota basis) 9am-12.30pm
