Where to send log book for english car?

I bought an english car off a motor dealer, and he gave me the log book registered to audi garage in england, and cars on english plates and english log book. Do i send the log book to coelraine or to swanse to get one in my own name?

coleraine ive had english reg cars put into my name with no issues unless somethings changed recently?

I just done this today. Went down to DVLNI with tax book and had to fill in another form. Job done.
