Where to send new V5?

Just realised I never sent the V5 off for the Subaru.

I got the full V5 from the dealer (on the mainland) which says to send it with any changes to Swansea, but do I send it to Coleraine just as the car is in NI? I can't remember what I did the last 3 times .

you need a certificate of exportation then send to coleraine i think

i just left ours into the Tax office in town - where you can get it changed to NI reg also.
so i would imagine that Coleraine would do it.

Don't recall doing one of those before.

Maybe scrapped them but i had to do it around 2003 roughly and then again in about 2007

Oh and both times i kept the car in previous owners name until the tax was due then it was much easier

Nope you don't need it, just hand it in as a new keeper as normal to Coleraine etc.

Didn't need to do it in 2009.
