Cold, wet and windy, but that didn’t deter a good wee crowd to watch a pretty impressive entry field battle in this clubman rally.

The comcrete / tarmac course was covered in mud and water which made driving a massive challenge indeed especially for the rear wheel drive lads, but no spectater was dissapointed by the rack to rack attitude of most of them, combined sideways and speed made the RWD stuff a treat to watch. It was good to see the drivers enjoying it and really giving the cars loads of abuse !

The 4×4’s loved the conditions but still got a little sideways on the faster corners as the mud and water just got the better of thier traction control, but they all held up to the conditions very well indeed.

The front wheel stuff was a case of flat out from corner to corner and then the handbrake was launched to get them round the corners with a lot of accelerater, noise and tyre smoke they done very well indeed.
