Long before Dubshed or Titanic Dubs, GTINI had been running a relaxed day out at Castlewellan Forest Park.  This year they timed it perfectly during one of Northern Ireland’s hottest summers on record and there was a wide ranging turnout of an incredible standard on the day.

This was the 15th year of the Castlewellan car show, and its easy to see why it is so popular with the likes of this Audi Quattro one of the many stunning examples on display.

Not just VAG cars are invited to the show, with many other clubs and traders taking stands at the event.

Unfortunately at one stage the gates had been closed due to the levels of attendance.  This was at the venue’s discretion but didn’t seem to reflect the space available, so some people had to park outside and walk in.  This didn’t seem to deter many turning up to have picnics or enjoy some BBQ.

As usual this was a free entry event with any charitable donations at the gate going towards Clic Sargent.
