MG Classic Trial at Ards Peninsula

The MG Car Club held their annual Classic Trial on Friday 3rd September 2010 in aid of Motor Neurone Disease Association NI . With an entry of over 20 cars ranging from pre 1938, the event kicked of at 7pm. In around 16 special tests were completed by each driver which included autotests and various different gymkhana type tests for the navigators. The tests were carried out at different locations around the ards peninsula including farms yards, lanes and business yards. Finishing around 10pm on the night with a BBQ at the finish, each and every driver commented on how enjoyable the event was. Winner of the event was David Cochrane in his MG Midget. Over 300 was raised for the choosen charity from entry fees, BBQ and a raffle.
