8The first Performance Car Club (or PCC as its known) held their first show at Allens Bar and Restaurant, situated just off the Rathgael Road in Bangor. Weith support from RMS and Jon44w the show was open to all sorts of cars, from the classics right up to the modern day mitsibushis and subaru imprezas.

The morning started a little damp and grey, but by midday the golden ball had arrived and the carpark was starting to fill up – we knew it was going to be a great day. We [the PCC] had in attendance the American Car Club with a Mustang GT convertable and a mint AC Cobra along with Lancer Evo 7s, BMW M5s, Starion Turbo, Ferrari 348 Competition (one of only 50 ever made) and an E30 325i sport with only 4000 miles on the clock.

The RMS stand was huge with nearly 20 cars in attendance for the day, including BMW 850CSi 306, 206s, Hyundai Coupés, Rover Turbo, CRX, Yaris and matt black beetle! Club Gti had the usual array of VAG cars.

All in all a great day was had with 72 cars turning up,the food in the bar was fantastic and we all had a great day, hope to see you all next year for more of the same.
