Charity Cars and Coffee Event Raises Over £1k

Today’s Cars and Coffee charity event held at PMG Autocare raised over £1,000 for the Northern Ireland Kidney Patients Association and Cancer Research UK.

Organised by RMS Member Jonny W, in conjunction with PMG, there was a superb turnout today of members and friends bringing along a variety of cars on a cold but bright autumn morning.  The atmosphere as always was laid back and enjoyable.

PMG had some spectacular customer cars on show including the Ferrari above and a rare BMW M4 GTS.  Many RMS members turned up in an array of machinery from the likes of ChrisL’s XFR to ChrisD1’s AE86 Corolla.

Thanks to PMG for having us and Jonny for organising a great morning out and for such worthy causes.  You can still donate on the JustGiving Page Here.

Would love to go to this but away visiting the sister in law who has colon cancer so it's the cause is very close to our hearts. If there's a way I can buy a ticket online or whatever let me know.

Sounds like a plan - I'd be happy to attend and a worthy cause. And yeah also as @cormac81 suggested above, perhaps orgainising a paypal option for some ticket sales prior to the event would help raise more money from those that can't attend too (y)

I'm going to work on a PayPal option as they hammer us for fees with our business PayPal. Should be a good bit of criac, going to hopefully have some very special cars on display :)

Just to update @saxo_man has also very kindly donated a tooth whitening kit/session from his dental practice in Cookstown. Another fantastic prize from a member on RMS.

I should be able to donate a gift box or 2 and / or small hamper of fancy soaps so there's a bit of variety to some of the prizes on offer. 127214
