Ultimate Car Show has become an enduring favourite for car enthusiasts, raising a mountain if money for charity in the process. Its hard to believe that this anything goes event celebrated a 10th anniversary this year.

Cars ranged from incredibly well preserved modern classics to on the floor modified machines. It might be a cliche, but there was something for everyone to appreciate. I mean, it’s hard not to like a Cosworth-powered Ford Escort van! Postman Pat would cut his delivery times in two, if he could get his hands on this crazy load lugger.

The best thing about these type of gatherings are the little gems that just happen to be parked up. An Opel Kadett Coupe is a rare sight these days; So feast your eyes on this wonderful Rallye 2.0E variant. It was stunning from every angle. The interior was the epitome of 1970s retro-cool.
