But equally...why parents/guardians should be held accountable, and indeed all road users when they almost kill, or allow people to be killed on the roads. Not just those in vehicles.
There is no excuse for the parents or whoever was in charge of the child not to have prevented that, and without the video evidence, the motorist would have been to blame to add to any trauma.

Probably just criminal damage at most. Although their threatening behaviour towards the crazy driver certainly wouldnt have helped matters. Although clearly by that stage she had made her intentions obvious....driver over anything to get away !
And with the footage...the police still havent made arrests ? WTF ? was it stolen or something ?

Judging by the sticker in the windscreen it’s a Europcar hire car. Hope they had the collision damage waiver as an extra!
