Anyone have one to beg steal or borrow?? Closer to Bangor the better

Or has anyone done these bushes before and know if its easy enough without the tool?

I bought a cheaper tool off ebay for my van years ago. And they are pretty specific in terms of sizing.

Quality....not great. The little bearing collapsed first time I tried to use it, and ended up mostly using brute force, air chisel etc to remove them anyway. I wouldnt have said it was totally useless, but not as easy as it should have been.
I'm sure I recall having to hacksaw through the old one from the inside in order to get it to budge.

Sealey may be better quality...who knows. Certainly the bearing parts looks to be much better, and the main rod up the middle maybe looks a bit more robust.

I bought poly bushes to replace the old, mainly as they're always easy to fit compared to pressing in a new OEM type bush.

they are a waste off time

in our zafira b vxr when i pulled the bolt out the rubber bit fell out two mins with a few beating tools they where out don’t waste your money with pulling tools

the rubber they used in these and the mk5 astras is woeful
