It does nothing for me either, I would rather drive my car than have it drive me....too much fancy technology in that car, surely that must take the fun out of driving a bit.

My £80k would be buying a nice used example of a 997 GT3.

i've a mate thats got his deposit down on 1 of the black edition 1's atm . and i think he's gonna pay just over 50 grand ,
so this is basically 30 grand over priced - just to jump the queue - aye right:scream:

I think i`d rather wait 18months, pay the 52k and have full dealer support/warranty etc. Plus by the time the uk spec ones arrive, any initial problems will be sorted, the tuning companies will have a heap of stuff available etc.
