What would the gains normally be in power/torque/fuel economy?

16v 150bhp std?
Should go to about 175-180bhp iirc not sure about mpg though!

Yeah, think it's same engine. 16v 150bhp, 2ltr diesel.

Not so worried about power, more interest in mpg as she does 20-25k a yr

I had one and was getting 45 -50 mpg I was doing 400-500 miles a week aswell and it never skipped a beat. Mine wasnt mapped, only reason I would have considered it was to get the turbo to kick in that bit earlier but apart from that was first class.

yes, they'll go to around the 180bhp mark. As for economy most diesels give 3 or 4mpg extra but its really down to the driver. Price pm'd
