Daigo Saito unveils Lamborghini Drift supercar

On the RMS Blog: The world’s top ranked drifter and the only person to win Formula D and D1 GP titles, Daigo Saito, unveiled a very special car at Osaka Drift today.

Saito displayed his new Lamborghini Murcielago at the latest round of the D1 GP championship in Japan. The car, complete with Liberty Walk body kit, will replace his now legendary 1,000 kg / 1,000 bhp Toyota Chaser, which he uses for events in his home country. (Read the Full Article Here)

He's just done the complete opposite to what you expect, an expensive, rare, mid engined, notoriously tricky to drive on the limit car and he's going to drift at the tight, and tricky tracks in Japan.
