This N reg BMW 318is E36, first registered in August 1995, is a low owner, 123k miles car. It is an early M44 car, which is the 1.9 4 cylinder petrol engine with 140bhp. The exhaust is a decat, coupled with a raised rev-limit ECU. There is a battery-to-boot conversion done (using 6-cylinder cables and trim) and a cone filter instead of the standard airbox.
Originally red, several years ago this car had a full colour change to white (changed on the V5 also) which was a high quality job that still looks stunning now. The car was also fitted with all the kit to make it an M3 replica, including side trims, and including Contour-style 17" alloy wheels, which are all fitted with good tyres (205/40/17 and 225/45/17) with plenty of tread. There are also clear indicators all round and uncracked fog-lights.
The bodywork is generally very good, and unlike most E36 coupes, it is not rusty, especially rare on a sunroof model. There are one or two blisters just popping up on the driver side rear arch, and the driver side front grille, but they are very minor worries at the minute.
There are coilovers fitted as well (with brand new rear shocks), and E46 lower wishbones (with the correct adapter bushings) which give the car a squat stance. The brakes are upgraded to all vented 328i Sport brakes, and it has new handbrake cables.
All the electrics work fine, the seats are half leather, although it suffers the usual bit of bolster wear, and there is a black headlining and small aftermarket steering wheel fitted. A Clarion CD player, leather arm-rest and 18-button OBC upgrade complete the interior. There are also genuine M3 black sill kick trims.
The MOT runs until March 2019, location is Dungannon, and the price is £2295.
