The on going Debate about the Hornet 600f and their out the box power as in BHP, from Honda and other site claims. Does anyone know the official claims from Honda, what the out put is , crank and or rear rubber BHP. As it seems, the claims go from anything as low as 75BHP to the other end, about 102+BHP, many claim an average of aboput 97BHP. It seems one knows for sure. Tried to find it from Honda themselves, no info. Can anyone can put this thing to bed, it would be good.

My Street 675 was rated at 105hp at the crank which was 92ish at the wheel. It felt faster than my ‘03 Hornet 600 which I always would have said was in about 80hp or so at the wheel. Most of that era of supersport 600s were in around high 90s/100hp at the wheel as stock to give you an idea.
