Had the car out for a last blast today. Can’t see it being driven much over the next couple of months. Was a brilliant day for it. Sun out and roads clear.

Track skills theoretically on next weekend but I can’t see it tbh so time to start on some wee jobs to keep the interest piqued.

first up some CL pads. Was only going to do fronts but snapped up a full set off a lad who never fitted them so will do all 4 corners.

CL pads are great. I did have problems with disc wear running them cold on the road. Still stopped mind, they work, lol. Just a lot of disc wear when run cold. No problem on track with some heat in them.

Can't make out which ones you got, I ran RC5+.

I've never had squeaky brakes with any pads to be honest. No, only problem was the excessive disc wear when doing lots of road miles where they never saw any heat.

And in fairness I'm talking 5-7k per year, that's more than most Lotii see in a lifetime :innocent: For the odd weekend drive and trackdays they will be just fine.
