2011 Audi Q5 2.0TDI Quattro S-Line Special Edition

With baby Boydie due in two weeks, the pressure was on to change the car. Had the A3 up for sale before Xmas and glad and sad to say it went to its new home in Broughshane 2 weeks ago.

I had lined up this local Q5 off a colleague of mine a few months ago and he was kind to hold on to it until I got the A3 sold.

So, it’s a 2011 S-Line Speical Edition 2.0TDI 143bhp Manual.

S Line Special Ed standard equipment

• Audio remote
• Body coloured bumpers
• Headlight washers
• Leather seat trim
• Lumbar support
• Parking sensors
• Partial leather seat trim
• Sports seats

Optional extras include:

• B&O sound system
• Bluetooth
• Full leather

Spent the entire weekend hoovering it and getting it ready for our new arrival - my version of nesting I guess lol

Clean car, paintwork needs obvious correction and detail. Few scuffs to sort out as well as OEM mods which I’ll get done over the next while.

Anyway, she loves it and that the main thing!

• Auto-skins for rear tints and dechrome
• Revo map and panel filter potentially
• OEM running boards
• 3.0 TDI rear valence (dual exit)

• Cruise control
• Carbon or black interior trim
• Centre cap replacement
• Wheel refurb (minor marks)
• Debadge
• Replace some rusted bolts in the engine bay

There is the dog too! Got some parts purchased today already, just small items like new bolts to replace rusty ones in the engine and some trim

What size of baby are you expecting?!

I used to laugh at people buying big estate cars when children came along, but having 2 myself I now know why! The 4 of us headed to Ikea yesterday in the A4, thankfully there was no room for purchases, by the time buggies etc were loaded up, the car was full!

Been looking at the Q5's myself lately, as above the A4 just hasn't enough room. Health to wear, you will be very thankful for the leather seats.

Well same floorpan as A4, but estate body would be handier than my saloon, and the height is great for lugging seats in and out!

Some OEM+ parts ordered so hopefully majority arrive next week before baby drops!
