2012 Peugeot 308 SW - Bluetooth not working.

Hi all, I recently bought the Peugeot (family friendly and all that); it is fitted with factory bluetooth but when I try to add a device to it, it won't allow me to select the option.

I have an inclination that it is something simple. I followed the steps from the manual and also disconnected the battery to try a reset but neither of these has helped.

As you can see from the photo, the option is greyed out.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated, before I go the the main dealers.

Probably too many devices connected to it. You have to delete off some of the previous paired devices on the car.

Select the 3 option down and enter to start deleting devices

In my BMW the option is greyed out because of a fault with the Bluetooth module itself.

i’m having the same problem with the bluetooth.

Clear all the devices out of it, battery off for 10 minutes or so to give the BSI time to shut down fully and back on and then from memory it needs to be done with the ignition on and the doors closed
