Hi guys,

Mate has a B8.5 A4 and would like to modernise the infotainment system.

Can anyone offer any advice on this?

Does the A4 have nav with the control dial on the centre console by the gear stick?

No its the concert without the control unit.

Mine has the control dial just behind the gear stick, and wouldn't mind upgrading if possible.

Any info advice gratefully received.

I've an 2014 Audi A4 with the same setup as crx posted above. Anybody recommend a decent bluetooth adapter that can play music?

Found one of these in the glovebox but much like that amazon reviews I've seen, it doesn't actually do anything.

Resurrection time, had a search but cant find it but didnt a member on here get an android auto fitted by a NI based firm? I know there are loads on ebay etc and the RSNav
unit seems to get rave reviews but Im not sure about a big screen sticking out. Theres also the Mr12volt or Dynavin that seem very similar. Id like to see whats available and proven than take a punt on ebay

Fitted a Mr12Volt to my A5 albeit MMI2G High and have no problem recommending it.

I found the thread in members cars. It's a Rsnav system in @Phil_D SQ5 supplied by @Cartunes. They can be imported via Rsnav but would need to be fitted.

I put a Mr12volt in to my A6. Straightforward to do myself, a few videos on Youtube, and was so much better than the clunky standard Audi system

I put a £180 Aliexpress sourced box into the Mk1 Q3. I also took the opportunity to install a reverse camera at the same time.

It has been in now for approx 5 months with no issues.
