Looks great. Nice to see the wheels tucked under the arches.

I honestly thought the first photo was the new colour though 😂😰

LoL I done a trail fit to make sure the new wheels would work and clear the Caliper`s they where just out of the acid in the top picture. We will see how it looks later when i get the car home. I am also for the tucked look my days of pokey out wheels are over.

Looks good!

But is running a staggered setup not bad for the quattro system ? 🤷‍♂️

@Ben P I don’t see why it would be.

I would imagine had I put completely different tyre sizes on it would cause issues.

@56oval thanks a lot 😃. That looked a nice orange beetle you have been working on past your place the day and spied in the drive.

It is indeed we have tricked the car into thinking its sitting higher than what it should be so it lower`s down further.

Next thing on the list is the Caliper`s painted and a Carbon rear Diffuser.

How do you do that and can you adjust it to lower at different heights? i.e. just above tyre and not tucked. Mate has an avant one

@Boydie we measured from the arch down to the wheel when at standard height then plugged the laptop into the car and told it the car was 20mm higher than what it was so it readjusts itself to lower more.

There is other ways to do it using adjustable links but I thought we would trail this and see how I get on.

Same way A8’s etc on air are lowered.

Yea its real handy to do and doesn't cost a fortune. My friends S8 is done the same and it looks really well.

When I lowered a few weeks back the pump give up in the end and I had to replace it. The new pump has made a world of difference and the car feels a lot better to drive. So I guess the old pump was on its last legs. It did look cool but it didn’t move any where.

Loved getting to see both cars today at Eurotreffen.

The S6 looked and sounded fantastic. Wheels are perfect on it

@Big Pimp The RS4 still gets some looks in fact it possibly gets more than the S6 as it stands out so well being silver.

Thanks for the kind comments on the S6 it’s certainly getting there and I’m real happy with how the wheels turned out.

Just finished cleaning the inside this evening and Ross I’m addicted to the Cherry Cola
