See you've wild rusty brake rotors there probably from after washing your car. A short run (few hundred yards) with a bit of braking dries them off and leaves them nice keeping your wheels clean a little longer. Good wee tip for anyone that doesn't know just.

It’s not moved since October, I use the dryer round the brakes when I wash it :grinning: Uninsulated garage and some cold nights hasn’t helped it

My brother uses Bilt Hamber atom mac on his M4 brakes to stop them rusting and he seems to rate it pretty well.

Spray on before washing and it keeps the surface rust at bay

@Woodcutter stocks bilt hamber now so might have some

Thanks, @Nigelo mentioned that stuff too so I’ll have to give it a go (y)

I really love this car, it’s a credit to you.

Every time you post a pic of it I say to myself that I must get my finger out and fit my carbon corners and the splitter/ side blades.

Then I go and wash my car and come back in saying I like the front end without anything on it!

I ordered the carbon seat backs last week. That might give me the incentive to fit everything when they arrive.

Ah the seat backs will kick it off, carbon looks superb against mineral grey, get them on lol Mine aren’t bonded so will come off cleanly :grinning:

The brakes have been annoying me, when they get hot having some fun they judder, chamfered the pads and drilled out the holes in the discs which helped a lot but still doing it, so on go some high carbon discs and DS2500 pads, just took them to the bottom of the hill to get the anti corrosion coating off them so not tried them in anger.
Originals were a bit rough anyway!

Couple of bits I had ordered bespoke before Christmas and tbh forgot all about them, just been contacted to say they’re ready and being sent tomorrow

Carbon USB panel that sits below the stereo

I bought another centre console so I could take the knee rest off it and get it covered in M alcantara with stitching to match the armrest, steering wheel and handbrake boot

Nice touch that! Car is looking well!
The problem with jobs like that is it's easy to end up with an annoying rattle once things have been taken apart and put back together again if everything isn't just 100%!

Exactly why I hate doing it lol, more destruction to come as my Awron gauge is yet to be fitted +o(
Nice!

My brother in law is swapping his 19 Comp Pack for an A35 on Saturday :worried:.

Oh dear! Each to their own and all that!
