Having had a few smart for twos, and a later for four, I'd be keen to see how this pans out.
Part of me is gutted that the carbon i3 isnt for being carried forward into the new ix3, and in general the move back to less exotic, more traditional technologies, but then, if they arnt required anymore due to battery tech etc, then so be it. A bit like the SR71 no longer being required due to other less advanced tech being re used to better effect.
im looking forward to seeing what they do with the interior, smarts have always been that little bit different, and balanced affordable, with a vaguely 'premium' feel.
One to watch!
