1991 Mk2 Vauxhall Astra GTE *PMG'd*

Well, As some people will know I picked this beauty up at the weekend.

1991 Vauxhall Astra GTE

Car is very, very clean for it's age. Appears to have been very well looked after during it's nearly 30 year life. A massive folder filled with all sort of receipts, invoices and service history from it's very first service to it's most recent. Also original Vauxhall brochure and an original Vauxhall motorshow booklet too.

Plans are to tidy up a few small things but even as it is, It's a very usable classic.
Drive home from just outside Hull was faultless and impressed me with a pretty quick run while running late for the boat home.

It's a childhood hero to me and it's definitely lived up to the hype for me.

Some rubbish pictures as I've only managed to get it a quick wash after covering nearly 600 miles from the weekend, Will update as I go along.

Like it rolled out of the factory. Everything works on it as it should.

I remember being down south about 15 years ago with Richard Bradley and he had one the same colour with NOS in it, thing was an absolute weapon.

Unreal to see something like this on the road these days. A mate of mines big brother had a GTE turbo one of them in that colour about 10 years ago and by f*ck it could go.
