After a short affair with a Scirocco that I just didnt click with, last week I picked up this Mini Cooper SD.
Thunder Grey with a few JCW dressup parts fitted. Out side of this im still learning what options its been specced with.
I was primarilly after a petrol, but this popped up as a private sale for what I felt was a good price in todays market. Plus£20 TAX and 50mpg is a bonus.
I'm really enjoying it and its reminisant of my old Clio 182 and my wifes olf Ibiza Cupra TDi.
Plans for the future are to tidy it up a little, not that it needs much as its been very well loved by the previous two owners, and some power and handling modifications. I had fully intended to de-chrome it, but it has grown on me and breaks up the grey and black a little so the jury is still out on that.
First on the list was a set of Michelin PS4s as the tyres on it were end of life.
Cheers
