30 Day Temp Policy

Can anyone advise, of any insurers offering temp policies for 30 days?
A friend has bought a new car, and has their policy attached to it - they wish to sell their old car privately, and so want to put it on a temp policy - any advise folks?

could take out a new policy then cancel when car is sold

As above, I’ve always found the cheapest option is to start a normal policy then just cancel when you’re done with it

and if you want to avoid expensive cancellation costs as some of the English companies have then give them the reg of a jap import r34 skyline v-spec and they wont be able to insure you so they cant charge you a cancellation fee just the days you were insured worked twice for me when I had two policies and changed over to trade
