with regards to a manifold i had a 4-2-1 supersprint manifold on my vtr

I got one for mine off JKs ages ago, 4-2-1 it was stainless steel and cheap as chips, but did the job and burnt in well it was about £100, Bargain, brand new too, Prowler I believe

ive just recently got a supersprint onto the vtr, very impressed and the quality is excellent
