Great project mate but you know I like it anyway . just cool to have you back in a bug .
Loving it Neil. Its been a really enjoyable project. Hit a few snags down at Matts paintshop. Nothing i can't sort in a morning. Biggest hassle is the bonnet which iv'e ended up lifting yet another repro and the fit is shocking . My hunt for a quality german one continues.Great project mate but you know I like it anyway . just cool to have you back in a bug .

Meanwhile my carb(s) spent the day in the ultrasonic bath and ready for rebuild.

Haha hahaFlat as a pancake in the Bellcommon tunnel, but we don't talk about that.
I'd give that coil some support, although I guess it probably wont be doing huge miles to fatigue ?
Probably not a huge need, if any for the coiling anyway ? Although it looks kinda neat.
