Devastatingly cheap. Even if it needs a belt I wouldn't be totally put off? Anyone any idea as to the history and ownership?

Is very cheap though, seen one go on eBay for 1200 a couple of weeks ago, as long as the belts are done, no smoke on vtec and 5th gear isn't goosed should be ok.
