Hi folks. Wondered if anyone had experience of the many oil leaks a vw 1.6 tdi can have. Been a right pain putting a damaged 2014 passat back on the road and took gearbox off to find oil leak hopefully behind. The main seal and whole side of engine covered in oil . Stumped as it could be main seal or headgasket or god knows what else. Anyone had similar? It doesnt seem to be the dreaded rocker cover.
