Haha, I knew you would spot that E31 hiding in the background Steve.

We should have that finished shortly, just waiting on some machining being done to build the custom step up split BBS wheels for it and then the customer is taking it to get the bodywork sorted for show season.

Can't wait to see it back on all four wheels myself.

We can do an Air Lift Slam kit starting from £3900 all in supplied and fitted for that car. That includes 3P digital management, ABP noise reduction compressor and a tidy hidden install like above.

We don't fit manual kits as the labour involved in running lines to the paddle switches and mounting things neatly usually outweighs the cost saving of not going for 3P. That plus 3P is a lot more reliable and safer.

Yes the wheels will push against the arch liners but only when it's fully aired out and not moving. At drive height you won't have any contact issues. In some cases, depending on the car, the arch liners can actually restrict how much drop you get so if the customer wants we can trim them slightly to allow more wheel tuck.

Bagged a van again!

This time it was a customer with a T5.1 Transporter wanting to complete his "swamper" look.

We fitted an ABP lift kit with Air Lift 3P management and dual ABP compressors.

The range of lift on these kits is crazy as you can see in that final picture above there. Tonnes of ground clearance whenever it's needed and the ability to level the van out when camping is great too!

One we've just finished up this week, a BMW 420i

The owner came to us to have a boot build done, opting for a second compressor, LED lighting and some fancy hard lines.

We also carried out a 4 wheel alignment and a Celtic Tuning remap so it's now driving far nicer and has a decent punch to the tune of 280hp.

Another one we finished up last week that I'm only getting round to posting now is this slick looking A6 Avant.

Running an ABP kit with Air Lift 3P management and a discreetly mounted controller for that OEM+ feel.

Great looking car and drives fantastic on the custom Bilstein based air suspension.

E31 on custom BBS wheels?

We bagged this 8 series with a custom ABP kit and Air Lift 3P management. Then we split the standard 17" BBS wheels, refurbed the centers, stepped them up to a 19" wheel and made them 1.5" wider all round with custom barrels and lips making them a true 3 piece, custom wheel!

We are really pleased with how this turned out and can't wait to see it again at the local shows.

That car is absolute sex on wheels. The wheel step up from 17” to 19” are amazing.

Been flat out the last couple of months here at Blackline so I'm only getting a chance to update the threads now.

We had these two in last week, the A6 for a full Air Lift Performance kit, supplied and fitted and Pedros E46 in for a wheel alignment whilst keeping his fitment on point.

Also since the mighty E31 post we had Dubshed and of course we had to prepare a few cars for the show.

First up was Gavins T6 which is running the ABP kit with 3H management (this system uses both pressure and heights sensors for even better accuracy).

Then to add fuel to the fire we bagged Gavins Jag and fitted a set of lovely BBS wheels...

And of course we had some customer cars to prepare for the show in the midst of all this too...

Back again after another month and we've been flat out as always.

We had an A6 in for an Air Lift Performance kit with 3P digital management...

..then we had Pedros cool E46 in for a few tweaks and an alignment...

After that was this MK6 GTI for a new compressor and simple boot build with a sub..

Followed by a B7 Passat which got an Air Lift Slam kit with 3P management...

And to top it all off I took a nice picture of Gavins Jag...

We also did a few other things too which I'll put up in a separate post.

So continuing our busy month we had Dave and Josh up from Drift Games to do an air spring conversion on the BC coilovers in their red PS13.

Was a pleasure to be involved with this project and we're pretty proud of the fitment we managed to achieve on it in the end.

Haha, I know what you're saying. It makes sense to me on something like that where there is so much custom bodywork on it it would be a shame to have static low and smashing the bumpers off the ground or being afraid to drive it hard incase it rubs the fiberglass arches.

Hoping they take it out for a few skids and do a video on it to show you can have air suspension and still retain the ability to go on track for some fun.

Here's one I almost forgot about.

A Transit Connect with the full bodykit and airbrushed paintwork done by Pier UK.

We supplied and fitted the ABP Suspension kit with Air Lift 3P management to control it all and have it looking cool sitting on the floor.
