bought this car at least a year ago with intentions of a quick respray and general tidy up to keep as a sensible daily as was driving a Cupra Leon at the time that I knew I couldn't keep funding the fuel usage on it, anyway the Cupra r got sold and driving the 1.2 corsa that my dad has for sale for far too long now and desperately need something with any poke to drive again so fired the e46 on the lift today and started the rust removal and mot prep
I've cut the lip where the inner and outer skins join to make the massive lip that is on the e46 to give more room for wheel and its a dirt catcher in general ill remake the arch with new steel and leave it as a fold of metal that's sealed like you see on most cars nowadays, hoping over the next few weeks to have to rust repaired and onto the fun stuff by then.
so from a quick tidy up the plans now are:
full respray in the same colour with possibly a pearl added
air ride
style 66 alloys
m3 rear bumber
and a few bits carbon dipped or actual carbon if comes cheap enough
