Run flats are total ****.......why do M cars not have them?

I was sure they didn't, my E92 M3 didn't have them and I know Alpina cars don't have them.

bmw120d m 2013 no spare wheel area in boot. battery is in there.
previous owner must have used the pump/slime kit, as there was a empty space for it. so i had to purchase a new kit.

M cars...…………...not ones with an M badge, fairly different

it does alright for me.

last time i had a bmw, 2002 's were on the road as dailys.
