Can anyone help , I have a 2005 bmw 320i , its smoking out exhaust and using alot of oil, not leaking it just using it ??

Get a compression test done to rule out rings.

Does an ordinary garage do compression tests or is it a specialist job ?

Any garage or just about anyone with a half decent tool kit that’ll incorporate a compression tester should be fit to do it.

A type of crankcase ventilation. Similar to PCV. Might be blocked with oily crap.
