the box im making is alittle ...... different ..... LoL

well im finding it hard .. and not sure if i can get it airtight

will i be able to throw it together and then fibreglass the edges ?

or any other method (instead of fibreglass) to seal it all nice and tight ? :grinning:

lol

Ill be back to school next week-and plan to make a start on my new build!!

Its easier for me to do it there as there is loads of room and the right machines to make the job easier!!

What sort of angles r u doing? If u have gaps how r u going to srew the edges together?

ah ha, that is the question

u know that stuff that is sort of right angled/flexable mesh ?i was going to secure it with that and then fibreglass etc

if i c0ck it up il let you see the plans , see if you can throw it together :grinning:

what you teach ?

edit : although i think it will be alright, with angles lining up etc.

Technology

u can buy metal brakets and bend them to the correct angle. Then counter bore holes and bolt it all together.

Because of the shape i want it will take me ages to make my build and its going to be mostly fibreglass! The thought of it is scaring me!! basically starting from scratch....new sub and new/bigger wiring!! What have i taken on?? lol

workin out the box is easy enough but mine will only hav two sides at right angles to each other...the base and the right side. The rest will be guess work and alot of fibreglass!!
