Have to agree that it was terrible, Tonka trucks meet v's hot wheels or somethin. Its a terrible thing to happen to it and a lot of cash and effort down the drain, can admire the effort and workmanship if not the design

If they were taking it to shows then common sense would dictate that they should have insured it for something anyway - they could have been involved in an accident with the trailer, it could have been scratched/vandalised, it could been burnt o-............ oh hang on

It probably was insured, but due to an unforeseen discrepancy the insurance company refused to pay out or something. Maybe they didn't declare all the mods...
