Car wanted £2k budget

My niece is looking for a car and I have been asked to help.
Looking Yaris,Fiesta,Clio or similar.
Petrol preferred and 5 door.
Anything decent out there before I go to the dreaded gumtree.

I have a 2007 5 door Polo in amazing condition with only 79k miles and full VW dealer service history, 12 months test and in gleaming black as its treated every weekend to a cocktail of Anachem products. I fancy updating a few years but really struggling to find anything In decent condition. Looked at two cars on a forecourt today, both 2017 and certainly in the case of one of them my polo was in much better condition.

If I could find a replacement it might be a good option for the OP.

Yes it's a 3 cylinder 1.2 engine. Surprisingly goes better that would think it should. Great wee car for sire.
