car wanted: something interesting upto £1k

Have had to invest the car budget elsewhere so need something to keep me sane, upto a grand, anything considered, condition and mot not important as long as it's not totally rotten.

- petrol, diesel anything really that's not too boring

Think your Gonna have to up your £££ If you want something interesting Mate, Coz if you do find something a bit ' Out there ' or ' interesting ' For a Grand its more than likely gonna be a Heap that needs a shed Load of Work.

Spied a Corolla T-Sport (190bhp) on Gumtree think it was £1500 or £1700. Mitsubishi GTO aswell but think it was £2k

...I'd say no.


FWIW a grand should be plenty to buy something interesting to smoke around in, unfortunately the cheapest thing I could offer is £1600 but someone should have something that will tick the right box given its not a search for a really specific car, just anything with some character.
