It's 100% Carbon and looks to be Pre Preg so is a decent product for sure.
California heat is not kind to Carbon
Some Top Tips for you next piece:-
*Use foam brush for spreading resin...much more even coat and handier done.
*Elevate your part on some plastic cups or cans, resin viscosity means it drips like a mofo
*Use a blowtorch or light mist of Acetone on freshly laid wet resin to eliminate air bubbles and pockets
