7 of them were commissioned by the Sultan of Brunei's brother. He bought 6 of them and the 7th was sold in the UK.

Ah, the guy who went around the world and commissioned bespoke estate versions of basically every car on the planet? :innocent:

I thought it was only Rolls, Ferrari, Jag, etc. Didn't realise he went to the likes of Peugeot too.

The really scary thing is that's a genuine actual model you can buy. Not a concept or one-off or anything like that. It's a genuine model that's actually got signed off and put into production :joy:

Great news
A woman (I'd say 50s to 60s) passed me in one them with the roof down on at 8am on Thursday morning in Belfast.... It was 5 degrees at the time! Car looked bloody awful I thought.
Nothing wrong with driving with the heaters full blast and a big coat on and the roof down 😂 everything wrong with a convertible 4x4 that’s not a canvas Land Rover 🤣

Was only a concept alas but it was a full working road car one.

670bhp AWD 217mph 1360kg
Carbon fibre kevlar and aluminium honeycomb tub frame.
On board solar charged batteries.
All back in 1988

Seen an Evoque convertible for the first time the other day there. Couldn’t get my head around the point of these jeep type convertibles
