Cheap E36/46 for track

As title I’m looking to build a spare car and my mates looking a e36 also, engine etc not important as Iv ine in the touring. Cheap as possible as for track use only, no mad prices

E46 you'll get handy, have heard 36s are going wild in prices 318 in the 4ks I was told
